SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom.

AUSTRALIA

Standard Tracked Australia Post is used unless you choose to select Australia Post Express service. 

Delivery times may vary due to the time of year or Australia Post delivery schedules. For standard please allow 5 to 10 days and express 1 to 3 days.

We are not responsible for delays that are beyond our control, including Australia Post delivery delays. All orders are processed, made and shipped as fast as possible to ensure we have your item on the way quickly. Once it leaves us, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Tracking is provided. Delivered means delivered.

Local pickup is only available for Southern Tasmania. If you choose local pickup and you live elsewhere, your order will be held for 14 days for you to pay the shipping fee due - and after 14 days on non-payment, your order will be cancelled.

OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

As at 1 July, 2020, the only option (except for stickers) is Express. In most cases this will arrive in 14 business days from dispatch however, please understand that current worldwide shipping is often delayed due to no flights being available. We will process and make your item as soon as possible to help reduce any delay. We are not responsible if you order takes longer than stated due to issues out of our control. 

Stickers are shipped Standard Australia Post so please allow 14 to 30 days for delivery.

Custom Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation. (GST is included for Australian shoppers).
